By plane:
Ivano-Frankivsk has its own international airport with flights to Kiev, Moscow Domodedovo and Lviv, it is however relatively small. The biggest airport nearby is in Lviv.
By train:
You can get to Ivano-Frankivsk by train from Lviv where you can connect to Belarus and Poland or Chernivtsi where you can connect to Romania.
